Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Free UK delivery is included with every order.

Ready-to-Dispatch Products

Ready-to-dispatch products are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery normally takes approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Made-to-Order Cutting Boards

Made-to-order cutting boards are normally handmade and dispatched within 5 working days to 2 weeks.

Delivery normally takes approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Made-to-Order Coffee Tables

Made-to-order coffee tables are normally handmade and dispatched within 3–5 weeks.

Delivery normally takes approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch. The tabletop and legs will be delivered in separate packages.

Bespoke Commissions

Production and delivery times for bespoke commissions will be confirmed before the order and deposit are accepted.

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent by email when available. Please ensure your email address and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Production and delivery times are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to timber availability, the handmade production process or courier disruption.

If your order is delayed significantly, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect address was provided or delivery was repeatedly refused or missed.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Reigate Woodworks remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or a person nominated by you.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at reigatewoodworks@gmail.com and include your order number, photographs of the packaging and photographs of the damage.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us so we can investigate the delivery with the courier.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
